Money Back Guarantee

If upon receiving your new Storm Trumpet, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will give you your money back.

Conditions:

  • Money back does not include shipping costs for the purchase or return of the instrument. Only the purchase price of the instrument will be refunded.
  • Instrument, case and all accessories must be returned un-marked and suitable for re-sale as new. The cost of anything not returned or not re-saleable as new will be deducted from the refund. Please email us prior to return of instrument and advise of any likely not as new condition. Cost of individual items is available on request.
  • Any refund will be reduced should there be found any marks, scratches, dents etc on the instrument.
  • You can return an instrument under the same conditions for exchange or upgrade within 14 days. The return to you of an exchanged / upgraded instrument is at your cost including any price difference between the instruments. You will have a further 14 days to return the exchanged instrument if you are not totally satisfied.

Warranty

Your Storm Trumpet is then guaranteed against faulty manufacture or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty does not extend to:

  • Damage howsoever caused by the purchaser.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage howsoever caused.
  • Damage caused by forcing slides or threads (please read the care and maintenance guide).
  • Damage caused by using any cleaning agent, device or cloth, other than what is supplied with the instrument or recommended by Storm (conditional upon the supplied cleaning cloth being clean and free of oil, grease, dirt or other debris).
  • Any instrument found to be faulty will be replaced or repaired at Storm's discretion.
  • Cost of return for warranty is paid by the purchaser. Storm will pay for the return of the repaired / replaced instrument to you.

Warranty is void if we are not notified of any damage / repairs by other repairers.

Repairs

Should you accidentally damage your instrument it can most likely be repaired by a qualified instrument repairer. You can return the instrument to us or choose your own repairer. If your instrument is damaged by you under warranty and you have it repaired by your own repairer, please advise us of the damage and provide a photo of both before and after the repair as well as the details of the repairer so as to not effect your on-going warranty.
